Growth Guarantee for Forest Floor Mat
Metsäpalvelu Suomen Metsäkuntta Oy provides a growth guarantee for the forest floor mat it supplies until the beginning of the next growing season after installation. The guarantee is valid under the following conditions:
  • The forest floor mat has been installed on a proper growing base (a sand layer of at least 10 cm).
  • The growing base did not contain roots of perennial weeds.
  • The forest floor mat was installed within 2 days of delivery to the site.
  • The forest floor mat has been watered throughout the first growing season so that the base layer has remained continuously moist.
Growth Guarantee for Sod
Metsäpalvelu Suomen Metsäkuntta Oy provides a growth guarantee of 1 month from delivery for the sod it sells, under the following conditions:
  • The sod was installed within 2 days of delivery.
  • The growing base consists of at least a 20 cm layer of soil.
  • The sod has been continuously watered from the moment of installation, ensuring that the base of the turf has remained constantly moist.
Other Plants
For other plants sold by Metsäpalvelu Suomen Metsäkuntta Oy, the warranty follows the guarantee terms of the Finnish Association of Nursery Growers (Taimistoviljelijät ry). More information is available at taimistoviljelijat.fi.
