Order and Delivery Terms

Ordering

You can place an order or submit an inquiry using our contact form, by email, or by phone at +358 44 558 5512.

When placing an order by email, please include the delivery address, billing address, and phone number.

Payment

We will send the invoice by email or by post. The standard payment term is 7 days.

For large deliveries, we may in some cases require advance payment. Large projects are invoiced in installments according to the agreement.

Delivery Time and Prices

The delivery time for our products is as agreed, typically 7–14 days from the order.

Receiving the Delivery

The customer must ensure that the delivery address has access for heavy vehicles and sufficient space for unloading the shipment. If the customer or their representative is not present when the delivery arrives, the unloading location must be clearly marked.

All prices listed on our website include VAT of 25.5%. If forest floor mat is delivered to a company or other organization and the order includes installation, the reverse charge VAT mechanism for the construction sector will be applied.

For payment reminders we charge a €5 reminder fee plus the applicable late payment interest.

Cancellation and Returns

Consumers have the right to cancel the entire order or parts of it before delivery. Delivery is considered to have taken place once the forest floor mat has been loaded onto the transport vehicle.

Products that are free of defects cannot be exchanged or returned. In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.

For bulk deliveries, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 6, Section 15) because the contract concerns goods that cannot be returned for resale due to their nature (Chapter 6, Section 16).

Order Changes and Force Majeure

We cannot guarantee the possibility of modifying or adding to an order after the order confirmation has been issued or once the order has entered the handling or loading process.

Metsäpalvelu Suomen Metsäkuntta Oy is not responsible for situations where delivery of the order is prevented, hindered, or delayed due to force majeure.
